The 2023 edition brought together 250 unique attendees over three days from all parts of Spain, confirming PulpoCon as the great #GastroTech hub worldwide.

2022

The 2022 edition brought together 280 unique attendees from all parts of Spain, with the main areas of origin being Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Asturias, Vigo, and A Coruña.

2019

The 2019 edition was the first edition of PulpoCon, and it was a great success with 200 attendees from various parts of Spain, mainly Vigo and Barcelona.
